Terms of Service

As a global traffic exchange, users from all countries may sign up.

Non-complying sites (or entire accounts) may be suspended or deleted and all credits will be forfeited.

Members agree to the following terms of service:

ACCOUNT

1)You may only have one free account as a member.

2)Members should surf on a regular basis. Accounts without activity for a period of 90 days will go inactive and member sites will not show in rotations. Your account is subject to deletion with all credits lost if inactive for a period of over 1 year. (see notes below)

3)All money paid to this site is non refundable under any circumstances. This is not an investment site or pay to view site. You cannot earn money by viewing sites. Purchases at this site are for advertising credits and advertising upgrades only.

4)You are welcome to promote this site but making false representations, using any form of SPAM or UCE including bulk email or posting to forums, lists or newsgroups etc. where such postings are not welcome, will result in the cancellation of your account, the loss of credits paid or earned, and prosecution.

5)Members who try to cheat, or abuse this traffic exchange will be deleted without warning.

EMAIL

1)You must have a valid email address to be validated as a member and you must maintain a valid email address so we may contact you in the future. Please do not use an email autoresponder or a return email verification challenge system. Our email address should be in your "white list"

2)You agree to receive occasional emails from us as pertains to your membership at this traffic exchange. We will not sell, rent, or divulge your emaill address to anyone else.

3)Members whose email addresses are invalid, over quota, or rejected by incoming mail servers are at risk of having their account deleted and all credits lost. We don't want to delete members, but if we can't communicate with you, how do we know you still want to participate?

WARNING: Members who have not surfed over a year AND have a bounced email may be deleted unless they have at least 1 referral downline that has generated at least 100 referral credits to the member. So, if you are not going to be active, at least have an active downline!

BANNED SITES

NO POPUPS, pop-behinds, pop-unders, exit pops, download prompts, or any kind ofwindow-type alert message boxes that make the user click to continue. If you submit French sites with popups, your entire account will be deleed.

NO FRAMEBREAKERS or any sites that break out of surf rotation script such as many of the "hop" links used by clickbank. Warning: if you use clickbank, be sure to test the link first, before submitting, to be sure there is no framebreaker or exit pop involved.

NO CHEATER SCRIPTS - no invisible scripts used for the purpose of search site pay-per-show, no 1x1script boxes, no bypass scripts. Unfortunately, many members originating from CHINA tend to use these. We DO check all pages for this kind of thing and will delete your entire account if you use these tricks.

NO REDIRECTS or URL forwarding from such sites as tinyurl etc. Just put the correct url. It does not matter how long the url is.

NO ROTATORS or pages that shift URLs per view. Many rotators contain pages that have popups and framebreakers and are impossible to track down. (Administration may have some rotators inserted into the mix, but these have had all internal rotating sites verified.)

NO PTP or pay-to-promote, pay-to-view, sites. The majority of these sites contain cheater scripts, rotators, or worthless content, so the entire genre is not allowed.

NO HYIP or high yield investment program sites. These ponzi scheme get-rich-overnight sites come and go so often that offline domains result in a few months. They are probably illegal anyway, so we don't want them here.

NO ADULT CONTENT sites, no adult dating sites, no porn, no sites with adult banners and no sites with adult links. No male "enhancement" or "performance pill" sites, either. We don't want to see any content that is offensive or sexually related.

NO DOMAIN PARKING pages, under construction, or offline sites.

NO SEARCH ONLY pages or index listing pages with no worthwile web content are allowed.

NO EBAY - Due to the temporary nature of ebay auctions and sales, many items go offline in a matter of days and then show error pages which is a waste of member credits. And, many ebay pages are Framebreakers: why, we cannot figure out, so the entire site is not allowed.

NO HATE, RACIST, HACKING or ILLEGAL ACTIVITY content is permitted.

SITE SUBMISSION NOTES

Note for Casinos & Gambling Related sites: The USA government has declared a war against online gambling and betting by its citizens. As such, any US citizen who gambles online or funds online gambling via the USA banking and/or credit card systems may be at risk of prosecution. In fact, anyone who receives monies obtained from the gambling sites may also be at risk, IE: casino affiliates and affiliate marketers. While this traffic exchange does not prohibit the listing of online casinos, betting and other forms of gambling, members should be advised in the use of caution in promoting such sites.

Note for BLOG sites: Lots of poeple have blogs to promote and we say that is great! However, if your blog looks like it was set up solely for the purpose of getting click ad revenue, with more click ads and banners than real web content, it has a good chance of being rejected. See also video & photo note below.

Note regarding VIDEO & PHOTO content: The site rotational timer in most autosurfs is 15 seconds or less. If your submitted site has an autoplaying video, or a number of photo quality pictures, or more than a dozen full size banners or ad content, there is a good chance that it will not load in time for the viewer to see or act upon your page. Slow loading pages have a good chance of being rejected because many times pages chocked full of picture, video or ad content can freeze both the rotational script as well as the viewer's browser. If your page can't fully load within 10 seconds using DSL cable speeds, it will be rejected.

Note regarding foreign language sites: Sites with foreign languages are welcome at this traffic exchange since we are worldwide. However, if your site cannot load within 10 seconds due to translation, font, character, or ISP transmission delays, it will be rejected. Use caution if your site has a lot of graphic content, since many worldwide ISP networks do not transmit as fast as USA based networks. We regret having to suspend your page if this happens.

Finally, we reserve the right to approve or deny any site as we see fit.

DISCLOSURE

You agree to indemnify the operators and members of this site from all claims and harm. In particular, you agree not to attempt fraudulent payments, not to attempt to charge-back or cancel payments, not to complain to providers or authorities and not to spread negative opinions which could undermine confidence in the program.

You accept that our rulings on any disputes are final. We agree to treat you fairly.

You accept that the operators of this site will use their best endeavors to provide and maintain this service indefinitely whilst outcomes are positive, but cannot be held responsible for events beyond their direct ontrol.

All money paid to us is non refundable under any circumstances.

We will not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the website or service.

You agree that use of this site is at your sole risk. Neither the operators, its serviceproviders, agents, licensors, employees shall have any liability for any damages suffered by you or any other party as a result of the use or misuse of the service provided.

You accept that the services provided by us are "as is" and may be discontinued at any time.
